Customer Responsibility: Customer shall be responsible for his or her own actions and their children in using this web site or purchasing from Radiotwoway.com, Inc. / Tri-Electronicsand agree to all terms and policies contained within this web site including but not limited to:
NSF Checks: Any NSF, fraudulent, or closed account check, you will be turned over to our 3rd party collection agency. Wire Transfers: Wire transfers are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued instead. Call us First: We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any matters before pursuing any other from of action. . Ownership: The transfer of ownership occurs at the time we hand the merchandise to the carrier for transport. After such time, the customer is entitled to our return policy and all manufacturers warranties. The customer shall release and indemnify Tri-Electronics, Inc. its agents, affiliates, employees, and suppliers from any and all liability including but not limited to: Delayed shipment, delayed delivery, back order, malfunction, defect, damages, injury or death from use, abuse, or misuse, statements of specifications or usability, estimations on shipment, or delivery time/date. Cancelation: Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled, however the customer is still entitled to all normal return policies. Order cancelations or changes if possible may only be made by telephone call to 1 800 722-6793. Order cancelations or changes may not be made by email for reasons of timeliness of sending, receiving, or staff members opening emails, as well as spam filters, lost emails, technological outages or difficulties.
Return Policy: CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR RETURNING ITEM(S):
Must be within 30 days from the received date in order to receive a full refund.
Item must not have been used, installed, or damaged to receive a full refund.
The item must be in perfect resalable condition in the original packaging.
The item must be listed on our site; custom orders or quoted items are non-returnable.
Item must have been shipped by a Common Carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
If the above criteria is met, then we will issue an RGA number.
If you ordered the wrong products and wish to return the product, you will need to contact us for a return authorization form/RGA.
Please do NOT return any product that you have ordered without using our return authorization form/RGA. Many products ship direct from the manufacturer or one of their access warehouses and need to be returned to the same warehouse or different location. These warehouses will refuse deliveries that are not properly marked and documented with issued RGA numbers. This will make processing your credit very difficult and may delay your credit.
0-30 days: All items must be in the original packaging to receive a FULL refund.
31-90 days: All returns with damaged original packaging, without the original packaging or returns after 30 days will require a 15% restock fee.
After 90 days we will no longer accept returns.
