FCC Licensing:

Can you assist with getting an FCC license?
Yes, we have helped thousands of customers obtain licensing via the FCC
 

Do I need a license?
Yes in most cases.  The only exception would be use of the DTR or VL series portable radios.

Repairs / Installations:

Can you perform repairs on my radio?
Yes, we have an extensive repair shop and perform all of our repairs onsite.  Many of our competitors ship radios to depot for repair.
 

Can you provide repair or installation at our site?
Yes, we cover the entire United States
 

What are your typical turn around times on repair?
Typically 1 to 3 weeks depending on the current amount of pending repairs.

Do you sell used radios?
From time to time we have used or refurbished radios, check on our specails tab for more information

Motorola Software?

Do you sell Motorola programming software?
No, this only can be purchased from Motorola directly
 

I have Motorola software can you help with the process?
Yes, we can talk you thru programming.  

Managing Your Radios:

Do you provide reports on our purchases?
Yes, we can provide reports that include:  The date of purchase, model number, serial number and remaining warranty.  
 

Do you keep a copy of our programming information?
Yes, we save the codeplug for every radio that is programmed.
 

Can you track which radio went to our different locations?
Yes, it’s provided in our report

General Questions

Do you sell to Ham operaters?
Yes
 

What is the range of your two way radios?
Typically 2 to 3 miles without a repeater.    
 

Will your Motorola radios talk to other brands?
Yes, assuming that we have the programming information (frequency / tones)
 

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund.  After 30 days there will be a 15% restock fee.  No returns accepted after 90 days from date received.

 

Do you ship internationally?
We do not
 

Can you help us design a new system?
Yes, we offer design services on small and large systems.
